ZEVITA is proud to establish a strong manufacturing base across India. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are WHO GMP certified. Endorsed by EU authorities and USFDA approved Cephalosporin injectable manufacturing lines, our facilities are in compliance with latest assurance principles and Quality Management System (QMS).

Spread over a vast expanse of six acres, the plant is built to suit the specifications laid down for Good Manufacturing Practices. Strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are chalked out for physical work operations and material flow.

Maintained in a clean and hygienic state, every area is subject to stipulated access control and contamination safeguards. Ultra modern HVAC and water system are put in place in order to comply with international standards. Quality Control department is fully equipped with sophisticated instruments such as HPLC system, FTIR, UV-Visible, Spectrophotometers, Walk-in-stability chambers etc. All products are strictly manufactured under current Good Manufacturing standards.

Our manufacturing location is approved by European, African, East Asian Ministry of Health as well as Latin American authorities. Our market position shall be further reinforced with the authorisation of MCC South Africa, which is in due course.

Storage All raw materials and finished products are stored under controlled temperature conditions depending on their respective requirements and stipulations. Cold storage rooms are put in place for products requiring low temperature storage conditions. Computerised inventory management ensures precise and updated information at any given point of time.
